Sudoku & Permudoku (Diplodocus Games) - €0.99/£0.89
Sudoku and Permudoku is a puzzle game that offers two distinct styles of logic puzzles. In the Sudoku mode, the player is tasked to fill out a 9 x 9 field with numbers from 1 to 9, such that each row, each column and each 3 x 3 sub-field contains exactly one occurance of each of the numbers 1 to 9. Permudoku is a variation of the classic Sudoku puzzle, where instead of numbers, colours have to be placed on a 9 x 9 field in such a way that each colour appears exactly once in each column, row and 3 x 3 sub-field. However, from the beginning, all fields are already coloured, the player's task is to swap fields around until the colours are distributed correctly. Both game modes include five different degrees of difficulty with 100 puzzles each, for a total of 1000 puzzles.

Jotun: Valhalla Edition from Thunder Lotus Games – Jotun is a hand-drawn action-exploration game set in Norse mythology. In Jotun, you play Thora, a Norse warrior who died an inglorious death and must prove herself to the Gods to enter Valhalla. Jotun: Valhalla Edition features Valhalla Mode, a boss rush mode with even fiercer versions of the already challenging jotun. Exclusive to the Wii U version, the map is always displayed on the GamePad and God Powers can be activated using the touch screen. The game launches on Wii U first, and its GamePad features make this the definitive version. Impress the Gods!

Sept. 15
Noitu Love: Devolution from MP2 Games – The year is 2288. The city is protected by an organization called “The Peacekeepers League” and everything is swell except that it’s under attack by a robot army lead by professor Darnacus Damnation! Or is it… ? La tua avventura ha inizio

Dopo aver distrutto un'intera struttura di ricerca sulla Terra con un esperimento fallito, il giovane scienziato Trace si risveglia in uno strano mondo biomeccanico chiamato Sudra. Questo luogo da incubo è un surreale incrocio di strane creature corrotte e gigantesche strutture tecnologiche, abbandonato molto tempo prima da una razza aliena incredibilmente avanzata.
Qualsiasi traccia di civiltà pacifica ha da tempo abbandonato Sudra, ma sotto la sua superficie vive una razza di enormi macchine senzienti chiamate Rusalki che proteggono il pianeta dagli invasori malintenzionati. Trace scopre ben presto che gli onniscienti Rusalki stanno lentamente sparendo e che il loro destino è legato a quello dell'intero universo.

Da solo, devi farti strada attraverso un vasto mondo interconnesso, ricostruendo una storia misteriosa usando gli indizi sparsi sul pianeta. Il Wii U GamePad ti permette di consultare la mappa in qualsiasi momento, aiutandoti a navigare nove aree piene di segreti, sorprese e battaglie contro boss giganteschi.
Axiom Verge si ispira fortemente all'esplorazione dei classici giochi d'avventura dell'era 16 bit. All'inizio del tuo viaggio, ampie parti della mappa risulteranno inaccessibili ma, trovando nuovi strumenti, potrai trivellare la roccia, attraversare burroni e persino teletrasportarti attraverso le pareti, aprendo così nuove possibilità.

Usa un ampio e variegato arsenale di armi per combattere i mostri grotteschi e violenti che abitano Sudra. Fai fuoco con l'elettrizzante Kilver per fulminare i nemici da vicino, o fai rimbalzare i proiettili sui muri con il Reflector. Con più di 20 armi potenziabili da scoprire, puoi scegliere lo stile di combattimento che più ti piace.
Potenzia il tuo arsenale raccogliendo i Node nascosti, degli oggetti speciali che aumentano la tua potenza di fuoco. Migliora vari aspetti del tuo armamento, come il numero di danni, la gittata e la dimensione dei proiettili. Puoi anche aumentare la tua salute con gli Health Node, per diventare un guerriero ancora più temibile.

Modifica il mondo

Prendi la mira con l'originale Address Disruptor per corrompere e modificare l'ambiente che ti circonda, assoggettando l'oppressivo mondo di Sudra al tuo volere. Questo utile strumento può modificare alcuni nemici e gli ambienti in modi imprevedibili: puoi sfruttare le creature che lanciano missili per guarirti e anche trasformare le bolle d'aria in piattaforme solide su cui salire.

Cambia la realtà in modo ancora più profondo con il Passcode Tool sbloccabile, un gadget che ti permette di modificare radicalmente le leggi del mondo che ti circonda. Digitando determinati codici, molti dei quali sono nascosti nel mondo di gioco, Trace potrà saltare più in alto, sparare più rapidamente e persino leggere le antiche lingue di Sudra. Il touch screen del Wii U GamePad ti consente di immettere i codici e vederne l'effetto immediatamente, senza mettere in pausa il gioco.
